MC and Delegate Co-ordination duties: With his own unperturbed style, Erik flawlessly manages delegates throughout the conference. Conference sessions are MC'd with aplomb, avoiding embarrassing breaks and lulls in the programme while speakers struggle with laptops, microphones and other technical gadgets.
Combining motivational training with client's own conference sessions: Two or three sessions of motivational training, covering areas listed below are incorporated with the conference. This provides delegates with regular breaks from their own managers, product managers and in-house speakers. Motivational sessions can be tailored to address all areas of Personal and Team Performance.

Evening Entertainment: Where required, we can arrange evening entertainment from our own stable of Corporate Recreation activities, or else we can secure one of South Africa's foremost entertainment duo's Stepping Out.
