Managing Thought Processes: The only difference in people is the way they think. We explore effective ways of enhancing performance through "mind management".
Attitude: Participants are able to do a self-analysis of their own individual attitudes and how results are affected through these. Emphasis is also put on how attitude affects areas such as time management, communication, procrastination, relationships and other areas common to everyday life.
Interpersonal Skills: Most people are different and therefore need to be treated differently in order to build trust relationships with them. Delegates are taught how to identify different personalities based on certain behavioural criteria and how to modify approaches in order to manage relationships effectively. We explore back-up styles, managing conflict and how to identify the different behavioural styles based on facial expressions and body language.
